You don't need to lose weight. That is a great weight many girls strive for.





But there is no quick fix, I'm sorry, and if there is, it is very unhealthy and dangerous.





Just eat health meals, (5 to 6 a day, follow the food pyramid!), and get in exercise at least 60 minutes every day.





It is simple repeating.

omg if you think you fat then i must be huge to you cause im in eight grade and im 125...i dont think you need to loose any wieght at all. it all depends on you hieght cuz im 5'6 so i've been told that i dont look 125 but who knows.....just excercise i guess. dont do anything crazy like stop eating or something like that. but i think that if you needed to loose any wieght that your doctor would have told you im my opinion ur underwieght....
