Have them pick a charity around Thanksgiving and choose what they want to do for it. A food drive just collecting around the neighborhood or depending on their gender working for a girls club / boys club helping out...something like that goes farther than just gifts. Let them choose a gift to give someone in their neighborhood less fortunate...I think they will really enjoy doing something for someone else.What is a new christmas tradition i can start with two teenagers?

Why don't you all help out with Santa's Annonymous delivering toys. It would be a good experience for them as it teaches them to look outside themselves and help others. Or have them buy a gift for SA with their own money. The gift of giving.
how about having them create an ornament or decoration that represents ';who'; and ';what'; they are all about that year - and date the bottom.

Seriously, how about ice cream sundays for breakfast on Christmas morning or on Christmas Eve.
