My friend and I are planning to workout during the summer but we aren't sure what kinda of workout plan we are. I'm fifteen and my friend is fourteen and we want to lose some weight.
We can't go to a gym because its too expensive for the both of us and were wondering if you guys have any good advice on where to find a workout plan for free or any suggestions on how long we should run, do pushups and etc.

some places have community centres who run fitness and sports activities during the summer you should ask around about these, ask at school, the police station, the city / town hall, one of them will know.
In the meantime try visiting the site below, you will get some good ideas there (all free) and diet plans etc.
