Since teenagers in other places in the world choose different types of life, I was wondering what a teenage Australian would choose??

Well im a teenager and most the ppl in my class have already or i am sure will have sex some at the age of 13. I think the 'new age' don't really believe in tradition as much as they used too Mostly due to seeing Sexual orientated material when they walk down the street which is fine imo because sex is a part of life. I would say 70% probably will do it before they get married, Me included. :)

Australia doesn't have just one culture or religion.


We are one of the most multicultural countries on the planet, with many people living here who come from other countries. There are many different religions, belief systems and cultures living within our country, each with a different view on virginity.





So basically you can't generalise the entire country in terms of what they believe. For example I myself am not religious, nor do I believe in waiting for marriage to have sex. Many of my friends feel the same way. While I also know other people who want to wait until marriage.


So there is no definitive yes or no answer, it varies from person to person, just as it does in many other countries of the world.
Hi my family is full of Austrailian teenagers and I must say they are no different than any other American teenagers (TRUST ME)! Yes they have cultural and traditional beliefs related to their Christianity Principles where it is a sin to lose your virginity before marriage. But so many Austrailian teenagers continue to do what they please.
No, there is a growing rate of teenagers loosing there virginity before grade 11!
