What are some fun things to do at a teenagers party?

So I'm having a 14th birthday party. It's most likely going to be at a party room at a hotel on a saturday night. There will be dinner and dancing, but what else can we do thats fun and not lame?

the scavenger hunt is a good idea, because you get eveyone's attention and then you tell whoever wants to play to come to the front of the room. then you tell them an item, anything you want. then they have to go find that item somewhere in that room. they can ask a parent or adult, or just find it anywhere. It is really fun and crazy.





another game is you put out tables of like 8 or so and you tell everyone to put anything that they have on the table, purses and whatever. then you have a judge in the front of the room for every table that there is so its fair. you then call out a random item or something crazy (ex. make a woman at your table look like a man) then each table would have to use the item that they have at there table to make a woman at their table look like a man. (ex. put a hat on them, draw a mustache w/eyeliner, etc.) then once a table thinks that its good enough, they go to a judge and if the judge thinks its good, they get a star or something that they can hold onto until the end of the game. For each item or thing that you call out, time them for like 2 minutes. then when the two minutes is up, they are done with that and can't go to the judges anymore. they table with the most stars (or whatever) wins the game!

You could have a scavengers hunt, Or go to the pool in the Hotel. Watch movies and do make overs. Have a beautician come to your room and give manicures and pedicures.
reserve the hot tub for your party or jacuzzi or sauna ? have a massage party , have a bathing suit contest? karaoke , go to the beauty parlor and get your nails done ?
Karaoke, Dance-Off, something along those lines.


Musical Chairs, even. Seriously. That never gets old. Telephone, too.
You can play M.A.S.H.,play put the kiss on the pop-star.
sneak in a boy....and play 7 minute in heaven





or you can play just watch movies and talk...main thing girls do
